Should an item be out of stock we will inform you on receipt of order.
Product Price
Once an order has been made we will supply the product at the published price.
We reserve the right to vary our prices due to fluctuations in cost.
Any custom or import duties incurred by your destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Should an item be faulty we will refund the item in full.
We are unable to refund personalised products with an error made by the customer. To avoid this scenario please double check your order before hitting the “Pay Button”.
If however a product has been personalised with an error made by ourselves, please return the item within 7 days and we will send you the correct replacement.
When returning items, we recommend that you obtain a free receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
